It all started last July when John and I went camping at Taidnapam Park on Riffe Lake. Check it out HERE We LOVED it! The fishing was amazing on the Fishing Bridge and on more than one occasion John "Limited Out" on Kokanee Salmon in as quick as half an hour. "What the World?", as my daughter, Melissa says. As we love fishing and we love catching fish, this was our kind of place.
I'm not exactly sure which came first, the property hunting or the Craigslist listings for homes, property, farms etc. But... the hunt was on! We searched through websites about the area and signed up for updates from scads of real estate websites. Our search was lengthy and grueling before we found the lake house, or maybe IT FOUND US.
